As a Salem Five loan officer, Jacqui specializes in underwriting and tailors programs like FNMA/FHLMC, MassHousing/Mass Housing Rehab, FHA, FHA 203K, VA Programs, Salem Five Portfolio Options, New Construction/Modular, and Homepath and Homepath Renovation programs for client needs.

Outside of the office, Jacqui teaches first-time homebuyer classes at the Community Development Centers in Fitchburg and Salem, and is an active mentor in the LUK, Inc. social service program.
