If you need access to your account on a day we are closed, Salem Five gives you access to your banking information and features 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through Online Banking and by calling the Salem Five Automated Telephone Banking line at (800) 255-7787. Limited phone service is also available at (800) 850-5000.
On holidays like Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve, we may adjust our standard support hours.
